Oh Rossi loves the biscuits. Think ash will enjoy eating too.
Never really thought of selling. Just wanted to make some healthy treats for Rossi. :)
What's your email address? I can email you. I got the recipe somewhere in my email. Actually,I vary the recipe to add whatever ingredients I want to bake the stuff.
Hahah! The treats I baked for him wasn't crispy / dry/ hard like the recipe said it should be... have you experienced it before? but he still begs for it tho! haha!
My email is kifatan@gmail.com!
I saw applesauce on ur post and went to get some without sugar additives.. ASH loves it! I tried and it tastes like apple studel fillings but not as sweet! I like!
Yes, I did. When I first started to baking, the initial biscuits I baked were like what you said, not crispy enough, too soft.It was only after many attempts that I'm able to get the hang of it.
From my experience, the dough have to be hard and dry.It requires more molding and rolling, etc to toughen the dough up.It takes longer if the wet ingredients' mix is more, cos there is more mositure and will require more flour to do up the dough.I will refrain from adding water. Most of the time, much of the time is devoted to doing the dough. When the dough is hard, the biscuits baked will turn out to be harder and more crispy.During baking,if I find the biscuits not hard enough, I will pop them back and bake them a while longer.
I'm also using Microwave oven to bake and the recipes are for baking in the actual oven. So I have to adjust the baking time to my microwave settings.
The applesauce should be good for apple pies too. :)
ahhhhh!!! I need recipes for the cheesy apple sauce biscuits!! sounds like what ash would love!!
