Rossi gal's Latest Challenge : The Poussin

According to Wikipedia, the Poussin is a young chicken of less than 28 days old at slaughter, with a weight not exceeding 750g. Poussin is also an alternative name for the Cornish Hen in the United States.

The poussin I got for Rossi gal is heavier than the Cornish Hen that she had  previously. The cornish hen weighs approximately 510g, while the poussin weighs between 600-740g. The latter is visibly larger than the former too.

A video of her enjoying her poussin. I love how she manipulates the chicken to her advantage.

She finished 3/4 of the chicken before she was willing to call it a day. Shortly after, she dozed off & slept quite soundly. It must have been a physically & mentally challenging exercise for her.
